Unfortunately, this seminal document from around 1995, which was available for many years from web site(s) belonging to Alis Technologies, no longer seems to be on-line at any of them.
I tried offering a link to a cached copy at the "wayback machine", but
this seemed to cause some problems - maybe they don't care for
precomposed search URLs.
But if you search for

at the Wayback Machine you should be able to find a copy.
